Venice -a city caught between dream and reality, past and present.
From the Grand Canal to the Glass furnaces of Murano, Venice "the floating city" offers a unique experience which must be seen to be believed. Its been described as “a city uniquely marked by its combination of glorious, romantic history and carnival, and of artistic masterpieces.”

The home of Titian, Tintoretto and Tiepolo, Venice created the painterly tradition of "colore". We will explore this rich legacy of paint and sensuous color at museums such as the famed Accademia and The Scuola Grande, known as Tintoretto's Sistine Chapel. Discover the special magic that is exclusive to Venice: an unusual combination of light and water, which has lured artists for centuries.

Tour with us through the spectacular Doge's Palace. Sketch in Saint Mark's square or just enjoy a cappuccino at the famous Cafe Florian as you delight in the distinctive light of Venice. Explore the quiet corners of the city which inspired the imagination of artists for centuries. See, firsthand, the tradition of lace making in Burano featuring richly colored homes glowing above the canals.

We welcome you to join Rob for an inspiring journey through this magical European city!
