and $8.00 overseas (and $2.00 per additional dvd).

You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase (it still goes through PayPal but you can use a charge card).
Caution: if you do have Paypal, purchased items will ship to the address (or or be sent to the email) you have listed on your Paypal account, NOT the address (or email for downloads) you enter when ordering. You are responsible for entering the correct address on your PayPal account.

SHIPPING
All DVDs ship USPS first class parcel post (3-5 days) and are usually shipped out next business day. Virginia residence are subject to a 6% state sales tax.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA
Our DVDs are “region free” so work in all parts of the world. DVDs ship USPS first class international parcel and usually take from 5-10 days. We are told by the Post Office that, on occasion, packages are held up by customs in the receiving country so it is possible to wait longer. If dvds are not received within 30 days of shipment date to Europe and Canada, please contact us and we will reship the order. For Eastern Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Africa, the Far East and South America please allow 35 days. Purchaser is responsible for any addtional fees, duties, taxes associates with overseas purchases. PLEASE ENTER YOUR ADDRESS CAREFULLY. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or addresses not written in the proper fields on the form. All addresses must contain complete street address including house number (or Post Office box number) and be must be written in English characters (not Chinese, Arabic, etc.)

TERMS
Once opened, dvds are not returnable. If you choose to return an unopened dvd, a $5 handling cost will be deducted from the refund for each dvd. If you receive a dvd which is damaged, return it within 14 days and we will be happy to send you a replacement copy. If you are having troubles getting the dvd to play, please check first in multiple dvd players. All DVDs sold here are copyright by Robert Liberace and are for non-commercial, home use only. Not for use in classes. We will announce future releases/promotions. You may opt out any time and we do not share our list. PayPal no longer refunds fees on cancelled transactions so we may deduct the transaction fee (now about 3.5%) from any order cancelled due to customer error.
